  • Experience Range: 8 - 12 years of experience, including at least 4 years of technical program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives

    Key Responsibilities:
    ย  1. Lead large-scale technical programs focused on platform modernization, security, and product enablement to drive organizational transformation
    ย  2. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Okta migration projects, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery
    ย  3. Drive alignment and collaboration across engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and minimal disruption
    ย  4. Track program progress using metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to communicate status and impact
    ย  5. Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and security risks associated with identity platform transitions
    ย  6. Implement operational process improvements by standardizing workflows, metrics, and execution models for continuous improvement
    ย  7. Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable scalable, repeatable technology operations
    ย  8. Create clarity and drive decision-making using data-driven insights and structured narratives for executive stakeholders

    Required Skills:
    ย  1. Advanced proficiency in Okta architecture and configuration
    ย  2. Hands-on experience with Okta migration in enterprise environments
    ย  3. Strong understanding of identity management concepts and platforms
    ย  4. Expertise in AWS and modern cloud architectures
    ย  5. Experience with microservices and containerization technologies
