Technical Training Lead2020 Companies is now hiring for a remote Technical Training Lead. The Technical Training Lead supports the Shared Services Training organization by creating, maintaining, and distributing high-quality training content for 2020 Companies' client programs and onboarding initiatives. This role partners closely with the Technical Training Manager, Account Managers, Project Coordinators, and the Onboarding team to develop instructional materials, surveys, SCORM modules, videos, and onboarding resources that prepare field representatives and employees for successful execution.

The Technical Training Lead is expected to manage multiple training assignments simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and responsiveness. This role plays a key part in supporting field readiness, onboarding success, standardized documentation, and continuous improvement across all client programs.
