A current Colorado Master Plumber license is preferred, but we are also open to candidates who hold an active state-issued Master Plumber or substantially equivalent plumbing license in Utah, New Mexico, Texas, Idaho, Wyoming, or another state and may be eligible for Colorado licensure by endorsement. The company will assist the right candidate with the Colorado licensing process.

- Experience supervising, qualifying, or providing responsible oversight for plumbing work
- Ability to provide practical guidance to field teams and company leadership

- Prior experience serving as a qualifying party, responsible Master Plumber, RMP, or license qualifier
- Familiarity with remote technical oversight and field support
Schedule and Availability
This is a flexible W-2 oversight role. The position does not require daily jobsite attendance, but it does require reliable availability for a defined number of oversight hours each week.
The right candidate must be available for:
- Scheduled weekly check-ins as needed
- Phone or video support for field questions
- Permit or inspection-related consultation
- Technical review of plumbing/gas installation issues
- Occasional in-person support in Colorado if required
When in-person travel is required and approved, company-paid travel expenses will be covered.

- Experience level
- Required availability
- Level of operational involvement
- Ability to serve as the responsible Master Plumber for the company
Company may assist with approved Colorado licensing and endorsement-related expenses for the right candidate.
