About This Opportunity

The Business Systems Analyst II acts as an essential bridge between Finance & Accounting stakeholders and technical teams, operating within the Customer Advocacy division of the IT Finance & Accounting Support Services team. This role involves analyzing, documenting, and enhancing financial system processes, emphasizing accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.


Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance & Accounting teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support system enhancements.
  • Analyze data flows across core transaction platforms to financial systems to ensure accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance.
  • Evaluate the impact of regulatory and tax law changes on financial systems and partner with crossfunctional teams to implement updates.
  • Conduct rootcause analysis for system issues and drive resolutions that improve user experience and system stability.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, configurations, and functional requirements.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, training, and ongoing support for system upgrades and new capabilities.
  • Maintain high standards of system performance, documentation accuracy, and customer responsiveness to ensure smooth financial and accounting operations.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning through knowledge sharing, process refinement, and proactive skill development.
