Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is hiring a Key Account Manager - Chains (Small Format) based in Nevada to drive sales and expand distribution. Youโ€™ll develop sales strategies, build relationships with retail chains, and work with our Strategy, Sales, and Marketing teams to track performance and optimize product placement. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans with the Strategy team to achieve retail sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with regional retail chains to increase ad placement, display support, and distribution.
  • Set and communicate sales goals, track performance, and collaborate with the Execution team.
  • Foster long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and growth.
  • Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  • Optimize sales volume, product mix, and pricing based on trends and economic factors.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights on demand, trends, and competition.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Regional Headquarter Buyer sales, preferably within the alcoholic beverage industry
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong data and financial analysis skills using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong presentation skill using Powerpoint and Google Slides
  • Superior judgment, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Pay: $110,000 - $140,000
