You will conduct counseling sessions utilizing secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing tools, ensuring privacy and confidentiality are maintained throughout your interactions. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with us, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting remote counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, effectively utilizing secure video conferencing platforms to foster connection and trust.
• Performing comprehensive assessments that delve into clients' unique mental health challenges to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing from a variety of counseling methodologies to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues.
• Providing immediate support during crisis situations, thoroughly assessing risk factors and ensuring client safety while employing effective management strategies.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Educating clients on mental health conditions and effective coping strategies, empowering them with tools and resources to manage their emotional and psychological challenges.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community resources, to ensure comprehensive support for clients’ mental health goals.
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in the field of mental health counseling through ongoing professional development, participating in training, and sharing insights with your peers.

Your role will primarily focus on diverse individuals and families who may be experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and more. By providing empathetic support, you will assist clients in navigating their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and personal growth.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
• A master’s degree in counseling or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, with at least one year of telehealth practice preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies effectively.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining the confidentiality of all client information.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Flexibility in working hours to meet the diverse needs of clients, ensuring timely support.

While not mandatory, experience in specific therapeutic frameworks such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based approaches, along with prior involvement in community outreach programs, would be advantageous. Experience working in diverse cultural settings and multilingual abilities are considered a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
