• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks while protecting client confidentiality.
• Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals through virtual meetings to deliver comprehensive care and share insights on patient progress.
• Participate in peer review meetings and case discussions via video conferencing to continuously enhance the quality of care and treatment outcomes for your patients.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises, you will manage a diverse caseload consisting of individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your role is critical in addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders, thus ensuring these populations receive tailored care to improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LMSW license to practice in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services, particularly through virtual platforms.
• Proficient in evidence-based intervention techniques and solutions that facilitate effective remote therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients through virtual environments.
