• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific conditions.
• Utilize solution-focused and trauma-informed therapies to assist clients in navigating their recovery journey effectively.
• Engage in ongoing monitoring of client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain sensitive and accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards to safeguard client confidentiality.

Your clients will primarily consist of individuals recovering from substance use disorders and accompanying mental health issues. You will specialize in providing care to a diverse client population, each facing unique challenges related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. • A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, specializing in clinical practice.
• An active LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts is required to legally practice and provide therapy.
