Full Life Cycle / 360 IT Recruiter (Niche Focus)

Location: Remote must live Washington State or Portland, OR area

Role Overview: We are seeking a high-performing 360 IT Recruiter who sells, recruits, and delivers from the desk and brings deep expertise in a defined IT niche. This is a revenue-driving role for a recruiter who knows their market, understands trends, and can confidently close both clients and candidates.

Compensation:

  • Generous base + uncapped commission structure
  • Typical OTE: $150K$250K+ (depending on experience and niche)
  • Strong desk ownership = strong earning potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business within your IT niche through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
  • Sell recruiting solutions directly to hiring managers; act as a market SME
  • Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
  • Meet or exceed KPIs (calls, interviews, submittals, starts, revenue)
