• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health conditions and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide individual and group therapy services through telehealth platforms, ensuring a supportive and safe therapeutic environment for clients.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to discuss patient progress, needs, and concerns, facilitating a coordinated approach to mental health care.

Your role as a mental health counselor at Set Right Behavioral Healthcare will involve supporting a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will engage with clients across various age groups, providing culturally competent and empathetic care that acknowledges the unique experiences of each individual. • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient or clinical setting is essential.
• Proficient in using technology, including EMR systems and telehealth platforms, as well as standard office software (MS Office and spreadsheets).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
