• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals seeking mental health support, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique goals and needs of each client.
• Utilize various telehealth tools and software to monitor client progress and document treatment interventions effectively.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation to enhance therapeutic skills and ensure optimal patient care.
• Stay updated on best practices, emerging trends, and legal regulations related to mental health treatment and telehealth practices.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Eagle Rock Behavioral Health, you will primarily support a diverse client population, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health concerns. Your role will involve building rapport and establishing trust with clients, fostering a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue and healing.

• An independent license to practice in Virginia as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A Master's degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to various patient populations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enhance client engagement and therapeutic effectiveness.

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in a counseling or therapy setting, specifically in delivering mental health services.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and their application in providing remote therapy sessions.
• Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans and performing progress assessments.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
