• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable environment for open discussion.

• Engage in collaborative case management with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers, to devise comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguarding sensitive information.

• Offer crisis intervention and support during high-risk situations, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet urgent client needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to perform comprehensive assessments and create effective treatment plans.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to practicing with cultural competence and adherence to ethical standards in social work.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapeutic interventions.
• Knowledge of psychosocial aspects of anxiety and depression treatment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain detailed client documentation.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a mental health setting.

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and contributions.
