Work Environment

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while ensuring you remain integrated into our supportive team culture. You will be working primarily from your home office but will have access to online resources and virtual meetings to collaborate with your colleagues. Our outpatient setting means that you will regularly engage with clients via telehealth platforms, utilizing technology to maintain high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Perform comprehensive psychological assessments to identify clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans that outline measurable goals and appropriate therapies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and administrative staff, to provide holistic care for clients.
  • Document client progress and treatment interventions accurately and timely in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.
  • Stay current with ongoing developments in the mental health field through research and professional development opportunities, enhancing both personal and organizational expertise.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with adults and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise and empathetic approach will be essential in helping clients navigate their unique situations and work towards meaningful recovery and growth.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Hold an active state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent certification recognized in Washington State.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing mental health counseling, with a focus on diverse populations and an array of mental health concerns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with your skills and experience.
