Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to create a conducive and comfortable virtual setting for your therapy sessions. Full-time hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
  • Completing comprehensive intake assessments to understand each clientโ€™s unique needs and challenges.
  • Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and progress tracking.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
  • Proven ability to assess client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Comfort and proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology and digital platforms for therapy delivery.
Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of post-graduate experience working in a clinical mental health setting. Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be highly advantageous.
