Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective remote therapy using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
  • Monitor and track participant progress through regular follow-up communications, ensuring thorough documentation of session notes in accordance with HIPAA standards.
  • Actively participate as an integral member of the care team, coordinating resources, obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms, and fostering collaboration among team members.
  • Identify high-risk clients and respond proactively to safety concerns, adhering to established protocols to ensure their well-being.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through scheduled meetings with clinical supervisors and participate in team initiatives and Town Halls aimed at fostering community within our organization.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality as outlined in HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and fulfill annual compliance training requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse client base ranging from adolescents to older adults, facing various mental health challenges. Utilizing a person-centered approach, you will help clients cultivate actionable skills that lead to healthier lifestyles and enhance their emotional resilience. Your role is critical in guiding clients through their therapeutic journey, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Current and unrestricted licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • Availability to maintain a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, to accommodate client needs.
Preferred Experience
  • Clinical experience in conducting psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, and other solution-focused therapeutic approaches is preferred, enhancing your ability to deliver specialized care.
