• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to diagnose behavioral health issues and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at meeting their specific needs.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to foster resilience and recovery.
• Maintain detailed and precise clinical documentation, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including medical staff and substance abuse counselors, to provide comprehensive care for clients.
• Facilitate educational sessions for clients and their families, guiding them on navigating their mental health journeys and recovery processes.

Your clientele will consist primarily of individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders while facing co-occurring mental health conditions. You will work with diverse populations, recognizing the unique socio-cultural backgrounds and experiences of each client, enabling you to tailor your approach to their individual situations.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) status with a valid state license, free of any disciplinary actions.
• Proven expertise in clinical social work, encompassing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning within a therapeutic context.
