Work Environment

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in these areas.
  • A current and valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas is necessary to practice.
  • Strong assessment skills with the ability to conduct meaningful evaluations and establish thorough treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication abilities that enhance engagement with clients and foster therapeutic relationships.
