• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and ongoing needs.
• Develop and tailor personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and client goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.
• Leverage teletherapy tools to facilitate engaging and productive virtual sessions for all clients.
• Deliver crisis intervention services when required to support clients in urgent situations.
• Engage in continual professional development to remain well-versed in the latest mental health practices and innovations.

Our client population encompasses a wide spectrum of individuals, from youth to adults, dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships. You will be challenged to effectively engage and support each client uniquely while facilitating their journey toward improved mental wellness.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is a must.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills is essential for fostering therapeutic relationships.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle caseload efficiently.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional record.

• Previous experience working in a telehealth setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches based on current psychological research.
• A proven track record of developing effective treatment plans that yield positive patient outcomes.
