This role is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from their own spaces while interacting with clients through secure and user-friendly virtual platforms. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients, utilizing standardized tools to accurately identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), via secure video calls, adapting treatment approaches to fit clients’ unique circumstances.
• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, guiding them through their treatment journey while offering consistent support and constructive feedback.
• Document all therapy sessions meticulously to keep accurate client records and track progress, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in regular supervision meetings with peers to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and continuously improve therapeutic techniques.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients in a virtual setting.
• An empathetic approach, demonstrating sensitivity toward clients’ needs and experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective handling of multiple clients and documentation.

• Experience working in telehealth or a remote therapy context is preferred, although not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions.
• Prior experience in a clinical outpatient setting would be advantageous.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 104,000, depending on caseload and experience.
