• Conduct detailed assessments of client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique goals and circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to address mental health disorders and promote client resilience.
• Maintain and manage confidential clinical records adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely updates and ethical documentation practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all client needs holistically.
• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions for clients and their families, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate mental health challenges effectively.
• Engage in continuous professional development by keeping abreast of the latest mental health research, integrating newfound knowledge into practice to enhance patient outcomes.

In your role at Epiphany Counseling Group, you will serve a diverse population, including adults and adolescents facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and may be dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will contribute significantly to creating personalized therapeutic paths that support our clients in achieving sustained mental health improvements.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification, with no disciplinary actions on file.
• Proven clinical social work experience, including strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with a wide range of populations.
• Familiarity with utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and a willingness to adapt to remote technology platforms.

• Previous experience working in community health settings or with diverse and underserved populations.
• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities or specialties relevant to our client base.
• Experience with telehealth and virtual counseling practices.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your professional experience and clinical expertise.
