• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, family dynamics, and relational patterns to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing interventions that promote emotional healing and enhance communication skills among family members.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that create a supportive environment for shared experiences, focusing on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and healthy relationships.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary while documenting all client interactions according to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to integrate care and ensure clients have access to additional services such as case management and medication management.
• Conduct outreach and education to community members about mental health resources and services offered, fostering engagement and reducing stigma.

This role primarily focuses on diverse individuals, couples, and families facing emotional distress, relationship issues, and transitions. The clients you will work with come from various backgrounds, and you will be expected to approach their situations with cultural competence and understanding. Your expertise will help empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their relational dynamics, thereby enhancing community well-being.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your respective state.
• Demonstrated ability to develop therapeutic relationships with clients that foster trust and openness.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic theories, treatment modalities, and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records systems.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying informed on the latest practices in therapy.

• Minimum of two years of experience in providing therapy to individuals and families in a clinical setting.
• Experience with crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and working with diverse populations.
• A background in community health settings and familiarity with local resources and services is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
