Job description

🔥 Head of Sales - Microsoft Technology Consulting Services

Location: Remote - Greenville/Spartanburg, SC area preferred (Travel Required)
Type: Full-Time

Ready to lead and grow a sales team with a foundation already under you?

We're hiring a seasoned sales leader to run and grow sales for our core Microsoft consulting practice and custom software offerings: a complex, consultative B2B services sale where the win comes from uncovering what the client truly needs and shaping the right engagement. You'll lead the team, own the pipeline, drive revenue, and coach our reps in the consultative selling that sets us apart.

You won't start from scratch. We've invested heavily in the infrastructure to win: a proven playbook, robust CRM, and a modern sales toolset. Step in and run it, sharpen it, or bring your own proven playbook to build on top of what we have; that's your call.

What's in it for you?

  • Base Salary: $130k-$150k

  • Uncapped Upside

  • OTE: $250K+
  • Real ownership, real tools, and real autonomy to run it your way

Your Mission

  • Own the number - full accountability for pipeline and revenue.

  • Lead, coach, and grow the team to deliver consistent performance.

  • Own the plan by evolving what we've built with your experience and execute it.

  • Crush revenue targets and celebrate big wins

What We're Looking For

  • A proven revenue driver and sales leader in complex technical services sales

  • Skilled at consultative selling and, more importantly, at coaching a team to do it.

  • Someone who's built and run a high-performing team of 3–10+

  • Fully autonomous, you turn an objective into results without being micro managed.

  • Experienced in the Microsoft world of the Power Platform, Legacy Modernization, and M365. (SaaS/software sales exposure a plus, not a requirement.)

This is not a seat for someone who needs daily direction. It's real ownership, real tools, real autonomy, and real upside.

Our Culture: People First, Always

At IncWorx, we believe our people are our greatest asset. We foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and autonomy where your ideas matter and your success is celebrated. If you want real ownership and the room to run with it, you'll thrive here.
If this sounds like the perfect role for you, we look forward to speaking with you. To get started, check out our Culture Index survey here - IncWorx Consulting
