• Conduct virtual counseling sessions via secure telehealth technology, providing confidential support to clients facing a range of mental health issues.
• Perform comprehensive client assessments to identify their specific needs, concerns, and mental health history, leading to tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches to address client needs effectively.
• Facilitate discussions that promote self-exploration, insight, and behavior modification, helping clients understand their thought processes and emotional responses.
• Collaborate with clients to set measurable goals, regularly assess their progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards to safeguard client information.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, each facing unique challenges. Your expertise will be critical in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and stress management. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
