• Provide therapeutic services through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to diverse client needs, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, which form the basis of personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies that address clients' unique circumstances, focusing on techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to facilitate comprehensive, integrated care and wrap-around services that enhance client outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess a current and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven ability to make informed professional evaluations and decisions, including the development and justification of treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy, cultural competency, and a commitment to ethical practice.
• Proficient in the use of technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Prior experience in community mental health settings or working with a variety of diagnosis populations is highly desirable.
• Exposure to interdisciplinary teamwork in a remote capacity, demonstrating effective communication skills and adaptability in changing treatment scenarios.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and identification of local resources for referral and partnership.
