• Conduct engaging and therapeutic virtual therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client recovery.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' evolving needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting progress and modifying treatment strategies in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling as needed during remote sessions, ensuring client safety and well-being.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Solutions Health Therapy Center, you will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Your expertise will help create safe spaces for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and develop coping strategies. Your role is vital in supporting clients through their recovery journeys, equipping them with tools for lasting change.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in relevant settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations across a remote setting.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice principles, and ethical practice in all interactions.

• Experience in a detox or rehabilitation setting, providing care to clients with substance use issues.
• Familiarity with various modalities of therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for client management.

The compensation package for this position includes a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
