• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand each client’s mental health needs and family dynamics.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their personal goals and mental health needs.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions geared toward fostering emotional and psychological resilience.
• Collaborate actively with educators, psychiatrists, and psychologists to ensure an integrated approach to care, aligning therapeutic interventions with educational objectives and behavioral management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in mental health treatment to enhance your professional practice.

You will primarily serve children and adolescents within school systems who are experiencing various mental health challenges. This role requires an understanding of typical developmental issues, as well as specialized problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You'll be tasked with creating a safe and trustful environment, crucial for effective therapy with younger populations and their families.

• A fully Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical counseling experience, with a focus on youth and family dynamics preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health treatment modalities and preventive measures for children and adolescents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to develop relationships with clients and their families.
• Capability to work effectively and empathetically in a fully remote work setting.

• Experience providing therapy in educational settings, preferably in a school-based mental health role.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Knowledge of community resources and referral processes to facilitate comprehensive care.
