• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' immediate and long-term mental health goals and needs.
• Develop, implement, and adapt personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to individual client circumstances.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant techniques.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment approaches and interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with health regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to develop integrated care strategies.
• Adhere to ethical standards and legal guidelines in the provision of mental health services, continuously striving to uphold the integrity of our practice.

This role focuses on serving a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As part of our community health clinic, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients from various backgrounds, contributing to their journey towards improved mental health and well-being. Your work will directly influence their quality of life and empower them to seek healthier paths.

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field, with a focus on mental health.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, such as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective documentation and session facilitation.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology, ensuring clients receive seamless virtual care.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in providing therapy services, particularly in a remote or telehealth context.
• Deep understanding and application of evidence-based practices within treatment plans.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in providing integrated mental health care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
