• Conduct individualized remote therapy sessions using our advanced online platform, ensuring clients feel supported and understood.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline is required. An advanced degree (Master’s or higher) is preferred.
• Active licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, particularly in a remote or digital setting.
• Strong technological proficiency, with the ability to navigate online therapeutic platforms effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling meaningful connections with clients.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

While a Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement, candidates with a Master’s degree or higher and several years of experience in a similar role may have an advantage. Familiarity with telehealth practices and experience conducting therapy via video conferencing platforms will be highly regarded. Experience with specific populations, including children, adolescents, or clients with chronic mental health issues, is also beneficial.
