No prior experience in sales or insurance is required. We provide full training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Connect with individuals virtually who have requested information about available benefits
  • Listen carefully to client needs and clearly explain available options
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process step by step
  • Provide follow-up support and maintain positive client relationships
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and updates
  • Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
  • Deliver a professional, helpful, and positive customer experience
