About the Role
As an Entry-Level Remote Associate, you'll work directly with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them understand their available benefit options while providing exceptional customer service. From day one, you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in a professional remote environment.
What You'll Do
  • Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments using Zoom and other online platforms
  • Explain available benefit options in a clear, professional, and customer-focused manner
  • Answer client questions and provide ongoing support
  • Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM and digital tools
  • Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
  • Collaborate with experienced mentors and leadership to achieve personal and team goals
