• Conduct individual counseling sessions through confidential video conferencing, adhering to professional ethical standards while fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Utilize various solution-focused treatment models and methodologies to develop effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations that help them explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, encouraging personal insights and growth.
• Evaluate and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to address evolving client needs and ensure successful outcomes.
• Teach clients practical coping strategies and skills to support their mental health and improve their day-to-day functioning.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will play a crucial part in providing targeted support to assist clients from various backgrounds in achieving their therapeutic goals. Your insights and interventions will empower clients to understand and manage their mental health proactively.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, valid state license to practice; accepted licenses include LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic approach, enabling positive rapport-building with clients.
• An informed understanding of contemporary practices in psychotherapy and mental health treatment.

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be given preference. Experience working specifically in virtual counseling environments is highly valued, as familiarity with telehealth best practices can enhance client interaction and treatment delivery.

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and professional qualifications.
