This is a remote position, allowing LCSWs the flexibility to manage their schedules while providing essential services to students in a school setting. You will collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and parents to address and support the mental health needs of students. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ mental health needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, tailoring approaches to suit individual client needs and circumstances, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapies and other modalities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including teachers and school administrators, to ensure holistic care and support for each student.
• Provide education and support to students and their families regarding mental health issues and available resources.
• Engage in regular professional development, staying informed of current research and best practices in mental health care.

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents within the school setting, addressing a range of mental health challenges. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California is mandatory.
