• Deliver mindfulness-centered therapeutic interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques, to support clients in managing stress and enhancing their overall emotional health.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' unique stressors, challenges, and individual goals, tailoring mindfulness practices accordingly.
• Lead guided mindfulness sessions, teaching clients meditation techniques and breathing exercises that promote self-awareness and emotional balance.
• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and strategies for building resilience.
• Incorporate mindfulness methodologies into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns and fostering clients’ growth and self-discovery.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and various other emotional challenges. Your expertise in mindfulness will play a crucial role in helping clients develop effective coping strategies, reduce stress levels, and enhance their overall quality of life. This role emphasizes the importance of building strong therapeutic relationships, understanding each client's unique background and needs.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• Proficiency in utilizing mindfulness techniques within therapy sessions, demonstrating the ability to guide clients in these interventions effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to create a calming and supportive virtual therapeutic environment for clients.

• At least two years of clinical experience working as a mental health therapist, with specific emphasis on mindfulness-based approaches.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and workshops.
• Familiarity with various digital platforms for telehealth service delivery.
