Job description

LeadVenture is looking for a motivated inside sales Territory Manager to join our team, supporting our Dealer Car Search brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and enjoys building relationships while developing new business opportunities.

In this role, you’ll work directly with auto dealerships, providing tailored digital marketing solutions that help them grow and manage their business more effectively. You’ll take ownership of prospecting, outreach, and sales growth — playing a key role in driving success for both our clients and our team.

This is a hands-on sales position that requires persistence, confidence, and a strong ability to connect with others. You’ll need to be comfortable making 60 or more cold calls each day, prospecting for new business opportunities, speaking with new contacts, and conducting dealership demos to present products and services effectively.

This position is open to applicants located in or near Louisville, KY.

What You’ll Do
• Manage your own defined territory — no overlapping accounts or deal conflicts.
• Prospect and close new dealership clients through outbound calls, emails, and demos.
• Build and maintain your own book of business; customer support handles setup and training.
• Upsell and expand within your existing accounts to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results.
• Work within a high-performing, supportive sales culture where teamwork and integrity matter.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a mixed-mode environment (onsite, remote, or hybrid), including consistent use of video conferencing, collaboration tools, and proactive communication while maintaining a professional on-camera presence

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You
• Have at least 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of success.
• Excel at generating new business through proactive prospecting and follow-up.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Are proficient with CRM software and disciplined in pipeline management.
• Are self-motivated and driven to exceed goals.

Employee Perks & Earnings
• After a 90-day training period and hitting quotas, enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid/remote schedule.
• Full coverage health insurance and 401K match on day one.
• Open and flexible vacation policy, including sick leave.

President’s Club: All-inclusive trip for you and a guest when you hit your full-year quota — 10 of 22 Dealer Car Search team members achieved this in 2025!

Does this position sound like something you would enjoy and be successful at, but you’re not sure you have the exact qualifications to be considered? While our job descriptions are an outline for the type of candidate we’re looking for, it is not a checklist. We encourage you to apply!
