This full-time, remote position allows you to deliver vital mental health support to adolescents and young adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This position offers a fully remote work setting, enabling you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice within the United States. You will work alongside a supportive team that prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, ensuring that you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering essential mental health services.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions with a maximum of eight clients, ensuring an intimate and effective therapeutic environment.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, accommodating varying schedules and preferences.
• Engage in regular case discussions with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and innovative approaches to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with industry standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and receive supervision as needed, particularly beneficial for junior-licensed clinicians.

Our primary focus is on serving adolescents and young adults who are experiencing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. We aim to engage them in evidence-based practices that foster resilience and promote long-term recovery. By maintaining a low client load, we allow therapists to build strong, therapeutic relationships that are crucial for effective healing.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current licensure as an independent mental health counselor (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) is preferred; junior-licensed candidates will receive supervision.
• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether the candidate opts for a contract (1099) or W2 position.

• Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations in a behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Familiarity with telehealth modalities and digital documentation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships with clients and team members.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a fulfilling work environment, our organization provides:
