• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans, considering each client's unique circumstances and needs.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to formulate pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation that meets regulatory and organizational standards, adhering to best practices for client confidentiality.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to accurately evaluate client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Forge strong relationships with community partners, state agencies, and other relevant service systems to enhance support options for clients.
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing service quality.
• Create and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders to uphold the mission of Bright Harbor Wellbeing Solutions.
• Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth by attending workshops, conferences, and participating in state-level meetings related to mental health practices.
• Embody the organization’s mission and values while advocating for client needs and promoting mental health awareness in the community.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations and patient care.

Your role will focus on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Understanding the specific needs of these groups is crucial, as each person’s journey is unique. By implementing personalized strategies and interventions, you will facilitate their healing process and support them in reaching their personal goals.

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge essential for effective therapy practices.
• An independent LMHC license, allowing you to practice independently within Massachusetts, is mandatory.

We prefer candidates with prior experience in a community health setting, particularly those who have established skills in crisis intervention and treatment planning. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and proactive engagement strategies will enhance your effectiveness as a Mental Health Counselor.

Bright Harbor Wellness Solutions offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes:
