• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients seeking mental health services, helping to accurately identify their needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based therapies and solution-focused approaches to ensure effective care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our electronic health record system, adhering to policies for confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other specialists, to provide integrated care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and preventive strategies while providing ongoing support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current on new research, therapies, and techniques in the mental health field.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals across various age groups and backgrounds, who are facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach that resonates with them.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Massachusetts is essential.
