As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, and formulating personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Implementing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to promote individual growth and resilience.
• Facilitating one-on-one therapy sessions, while actively engaging clients in discussions around their therapeutic goals, progress, and challenges.
• Providing teletherapy options to ensure accessible mental health care for clients with mobility challenges or those who prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintaining precise and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment modalities, adhering to organizational and industry standards.
• Participating in regular case consultations with peers to share insights and enhance the therapeutic process.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

The clientele at Health Bridge comprises a diverse range of individuals dealing with various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. Therapists will have the opportunity to work with clients across different age groups and backgrounds, emphasizing a personalized approach to care that respects individual experiences and cultural contexts.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate open dialogue with clients and collaborate effectively with coworkers.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, combined with a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to juggle multiple clients and administrative tasks efficiently.

While not mandatory, preferred candidates may have:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant fields, offering a robust foundation in therapy theories and applications.
• Prior experience in a similar setting, providing evidence-based therapies to clients from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and mental health software tools, enhancing efficiency in service delivery and documentation.
