As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and mental health interventions for individuals and families diagnosed with emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing initial discharge plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support treatment goals.
• Collaboratively creating and revising treatment plans based on ongoing assessments, coordinating additional services as necessary.
• Maintaining thorough documentation of therapy services in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements.
• Managing a caseload effectively, attending regular treatment team meetings, and working collaboratively with other healthcare staff to enhance client care.
• Exhibiting professionalism and empathy in all client interactions, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly to ensure high standards of patient satisfaction.
• Safeguarding patient well-being as a top priority and participating in facility quality improvement initiatives.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned to support the clinic’s operational objectives.

You will work directly with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, providing crucial therapeutic support across their mental health journeys. Your expertise will help clients navigate their challenges and enhance their overall quality of life. By prioritizing a genuine, strengths-based approach, you will assist clients in achieving their personal goals and overcoming obstacles.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.
• Must hold valid state or national licensure as a professional therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or be eligible for such.
• Experience in clinical settings is essential, with a minimum of 2 years working in mental health counseling.

Experience working across different age groups including adults, children, and adolescents is highly preferred, as is familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies. Those who bring additional certifications or specialized training will be given preference.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust compensation package, our benefits include:
