• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and challenges.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances and emotional growth.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities in delivering individual therapy, whether that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or trauma-focused approaches.
• Set therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients who face accessibility challenges, ensuring that everyone can receive appropriate support.
• Maintain meticulous documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system to uphold compliance with ethical standards and facilitate smooth patient care continuity.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer collaboration to enhance therapeutic skills.

The therapists at Transcendence Health Partners work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various life stressors. Our approach is centered on collaboration and understanding, catering to clients’ unique needs while promoting a sense of trust and safety in the therapeutic relationship.

• Valid and current state license as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, mental health counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management capabilities to handle client caseload effectively.

• Experience working in a community health setting or with underrepresented populations.
• A background in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities is advantageous.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and online client management tools.
