Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate client mental health needs, utilizing structured interview techniques and standardized tools.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, ensuring that each client’s unique challenges and goals are addressed.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Therapy.
  • Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide integrated and comprehensive mental health care.
  • Educate and involve family members in the treatment process, emphasizing the importance of a support system in the recovery journey.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the highest level of professionalism.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and a variety of other mental health conditions. Qualifications
  • A valid and active licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Proven expertise and specialized training in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques.
  • A strong understanding of evidence-based practices applicable to a variety of mental health disorders.
