You will work in a fully remote setting, allowing you to maintain a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle while providing essential mental health services. Engage with clients in the comfort of your home or preferred workspace, conducting sessions primarily via secure video conferencing. This position supports both full-time (30+ hours/week) and part-time (5+ hours/week) arrangements, providing the flexibility to tailor your work hours around your personal commitments.

• Engage in ethical and compassionate counseling through video consultations, offering support that recognizes each client’s unique background and experiences.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and create tailored treatment plans that facilitate their therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to help clients gain essential coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication techniques.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with best practices while minimizing administrative workload.
• Regularly review client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly to ensure continued effectiveness and alignment with client goals.

The primary focus of this role is on stable, low-acuity adult clients. You will work with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, mild depression, stress management challenges, or life transitions. This demographic requires personalized, sensitive approaches that foster therapeutic trust and collaboration. Your role will significantly impact their ability to develop resilience and enhance their overall quality of life.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating professional maturity and responsibility.
• Clean disciplinary record without any current or past actions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, along with proficiency in virtual counseling platforms.
• Access to a stable Wi-Fi connection to conduct sessions seamlessly.

While related education and licensure are essential, candidates with a background in teletherapy or remote counseling methods will be highly considered. Experience with diverse populations and specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or mindfulness-based therapy, is also valued. Flexibility in adapting counseling techniques to suit client needs in a remote setting is crucial.

Vibrant Healing Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities.
