• Advanced Providers: Physician Assistants (PA), Nurse Practitioners (NP), or Physicians (DO/MD)
All candidates must have significant tactical/operational field experience and a demonstrated ability to integrate into diverse cultural environments.
Travel may be required up to 75% of the time.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform suturing, complex wound care, incision and drainage, abscess management, burn care, and other
common field procedures.
• Assess and treat a full spectrum of clinical complaints including tropical medicine, dermatological conditions,
gastrointestinal issues, infectious diseases, and prolonged illness in the field.
• Execute prolonged field care, stabilization, and advanced trauma management under resource-constrained
conditions.
• Operate cross-culturally and collaborate through interpreters and local medical partners when required.
• Provide mission-specific medical planning, risk assessments, and medical intelligence for assigned locations.
• Ensure high levels of readiness, supply management, and sustainment of austere medical kits, pharmaceuticals,
and equipment.
• Train and mentor team members in trauma response, medical readiness, and health preservation.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical patient care standards in all environments.
Required Qualifications
• Must be one of the following:
o SOCM / 18D / SOIDC / SARC / PJ
o PA, NP, DO, or MD

o Prolonged field care
o Clinical medicine (broad-spectrum)
o Tropical and infectious diseases
o Dermatology and environment-specific medical conditions
o Minor surgical and procedural medicine

• Strong leadership with low ego, humility, and an unwavering commitment to the team and mission.
• Clear ability to work with interpreters and foreign partners while respecting cultural norms.
• Current, valid licensing/certifications applicable to role and scope of practice.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior deployments or extended field experience in conflict zones, remote regions, or humanitarian/crisis-response
missions.
• Experience teaching or mentoring medics, host-nation personnel, or partner forces.
• Additional certifications in:
