About the Role

Analog Devices is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support global supply chain operations through data analysis, planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will help address complex supply chain challenges across areas such as demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics, customer delivery, capacity planning, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities across planning, logistics, inventory, customer delivery, and operations.
  • Support demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, capacity planning, logistics analysis, or customer delivery activities based on team needs.
  • Define, track, and report key supply chain metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, analytical models, and business insights using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, customer operations, finance, and IT to resolve supply chain issues and improve processes.
  • Translate business requirements into clear analytical outputs, project deliverables, process improvements, or reporting solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain visibility, operational efficiency, customer service, and planning accuracy.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders across geographically distributed teams.

Must Have Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, capacity planning, or customer delivery.
  • Experience using Excel or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and problem solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
  • Relevant coursework, projects, internships, or work experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or related fields.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, planning, logistics, procurement, customer operations, or related fields.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Python, or other analytics and visualization tools.
  • Exposure to ERP, planning, or supply chain systems such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Kinaxis, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with supply chain metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service level, OTIF, lead time, backorders, capacity utilization, or fulfillment performance.
  • Exposure to process improvement, root cause analysis, project management, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience supporting dashboards, KPI reporting, data automation, scenario modeling, or operational analytics.
  • Interest in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or global supply chain operations.
