• Diagnose and assess clients presenting with a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances, preferences, and goals.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, providing counseling and ongoing support to facilitate client growth and recovery.
• Evaluate and monitor client progress through detailed assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Refer clients to additional specialists as needed, creating a coordinated approach to comprehensive care.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Many clients may face issues related to family dynamics, mental health disorders, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. Your compassionate approach and specialized skills will be vital in fostering a safe and supportive healing environment, ultimately aiming to improve their quality of life and personal relationships.

• Must possess a valid LMFT license to practice in California.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic practices for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Excellent communication and therapeutic skills, with the ability to motivate clients and build rapport.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on relational and family therapy.
• Experience in addiction counseling and knowledge of treatments for co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
