We are seeking a Journey App Software Developer to design, build, and enhance digital journey-based applications that support customer and/or field service workflows. This role will focus on developing scalable, user-centric applications that streamline business processes, improve user experience, and enable end-to-end journey orchestration.

This is a hands-on development role working closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver modern applications aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop journey-based applications supporting customer, sales, or field service workflows
  • Build and maintain web and/or mobile applications using modern frameworks
  • Collaborate with product and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Integrate applications with APIs, backend systems, and enterprise platforms (ERP/CRM)
  • Develop reusable components and scalable architecture for journey orchestration
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
  • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Experience building customer-facing or workflow-driven applications
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/GraphQL)
  • Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, .NET, Java, or Python)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with journey orchestration platforms (e.g., Salesforce Journey Builder, Adobe Experience Platform, Pega, ServiceNow, or similar)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics)
  • Mobile development experience (React Native, Flutter, etc.)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture
  • Experience in industrial, supply chain, or field service environments

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience building end-to-end user journeys (UI → API → backend integration)
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
