• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health status, strengths, and needs of patients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to individual patient requirements, fostering skill development and coping strategies.
• Engage in collaborative practices with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate high-quality, individualized care plans that meet both clinical needs and patient desires.
• Facilitate discussions with patients and their family members to enhance understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and prescribed medications, empowering them to participate fully in their care journey.
• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing diverse evidence-based modalities to promote healing and recovery within the client system.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and choices of patients, critically incorporating their insights into the care strategy.
• Assist patients in navigating the often complex mental health system, providing advocacy and support to uphold their rights and ensure they receive appropriate care.
• Conduct therapeutic groups, psychoeducation sessions, and discharge planning meetings, emphasizing skill acquisition and resource awareness for ongoing recovery.

Our patient population encompasses individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults, facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. As a LICSW, you will engage with a diverse clientele, working to implement individualized therapeutic interventions that foster resilience and long-term recovery while reinforcing the importance of individualized care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Demonstrated knowledge of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and effective crisis intervention strategies.
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to effectively work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Prior experience in a community health setting is highly valued.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to track patient care and progress effectively.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
