  • Gather business and technical requirements from clients and translate them into effective ManageEngine solution design.
  • Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning, modification, deprovisioning, and group management.
  • Design and implement access governance workflows including access reviews and certifications.
  • Configure workflows, automation, role-based access controls, policies, reports, and notifications to support identity and IT operations.
  • Implement and support integrations between ManageEngine and enterprise applications such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and other systems using APIs, webhooks, and available integration capabilities.
  • Work closely with system administrators, application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and security requirements.
  • Educate business and IT stakeholders on implemented solutions, operational processes, and security best practices.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide documentation to support effective transition to client teams.

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of KeyData Cyber's ManageEngine implementation methodologies, accelerators, and best practices.

 Who We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience working with ManageEngine products in enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, configuring, or supporting enterprise IT/IAM solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more ManageEngine products, preferably AD360, Identity360, and PAM360.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, LDAP, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management, user provisioning/deprovisioning, access management, workflows, automation, and reporting.
  • Experience gathering business and technical requirements and developing technical design documentation.
  • Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, scripting, or automation technologies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous consulting or professional services experience would be an asset.
