• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices designed to meet individual client needs.
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating regularly with other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team—including psychologists, school counselors, and administrators—ensuring that all services provided are aligned and comprehensive.
• Participating in team meetings, case consultations, and peer review sessions to discuss case progress and enhance treatment efficacy through collaborative feedback.
• Offering educational resources and support to students and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and additional community resources.
• Staying updated with the latest research and evidence in mental health to continuously improve clinical practice and integrate new findings into your work.

The focus of this position centers on school-aged children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related experiences. Your role will not only involve direct therapy but also the engagement of family members to create a holistic support system tailored to each student's unique needs.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a clinical environment, specifically providing psychotherapy.
• Extensive knowledge of solution-oriented therapeutic approaches and a solid understanding of adolescent mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and trusting therapeutic alliance.
