Overview

This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote.  Must have the ability to travel to our headquarters location in Lancaster, PA on a monthly basis.

Responsible for interpreting, designing, and delivering business services by working with the business and information technology partners. The role performs technical designing, configuration, and at times coding, based on information provided via business analysts, and technology partners. Incumbents will think critically, uncover underlying issues with systems, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels, routinely communicating with all levels of management in the business. This is considered a techno-functional role, while the primary role is technical.

Responsibilities
  • Leads technical working sessions with business users, technology partners, and vendors to define technical solutions by identifying all the key stakeholder groups using a solution, the high level capabilities the business needs, including the depiction of data flows, and recommends solutions that enable the organization to meet its goals. Fully understands the underlying technologies and systems and informs business users on the capabilities of technology to solve business needs.
  • Executes the writing of business and technical requirements specifications, analyzing requirements, creating visual models, and facilitating elicitation sessions for projects. Actively participates in enterprise change control governance to assess impact of process and technical change requests to existing services or systems.
  • Leads discussion with business and technology partners in identifying process improvement opportunities. Builds and fosters relationships across multiple organizations.
  • Provide technical expertise to support specified business systems. Apply a thorough knowledge of system capability and configurability against the objectives of the business units to ensure the technology needs of the organization are met.
  • Performs second level troubleshooting and solves escalated issues, evaluates value of user change requests, and leads the monitoring, measuring, and enhancing of systems and services
QualificationsEducation

Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business administration, computer science, information science, or a related field. (Required)

Experience

5 or more years of experience with Enterprise Content Management (Required)

5 or more years must be familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. (Required)

5 or more years working with relational databases, writing SQL, and analyzing or reporting data with knowledge of TSQL and stored procedures. SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, ETL, and Power BI. (Preferred)

We set standard salary ranges for our roles based on the position, function, and responsibilities, as benchmarked against similarly sized companies in our industry. Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The salary range for this position is $81,200.00 - $135,300.00 annually.

Additional Compensation Components

This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
